Located just minutes from Cockermouth, Keswick just 14 miles away and the beautiful Cumbrian coast and beaches also just minutes away too, your dream holiday home offers so much.

Being on the edge of the National Park means we have a 12 month licence at each park so you can enjoy your holiday home whenever suits you. Ellerbeck Farm & Fishery is our newest park and we are pleased to add this to our portfolio. Quiet, secluded offering touring caravan pitches with the added bonus of coarse fishing on a choice of 2 lakes.

Brigham Holiday Park is our flagship park and is beautifully located with great facilities and a fabulous bus service at the end of our entrance. At Brigham there is also the opportunity to sublet your holiday home when you are not using it.

Grasmoor View is exclusive and is just a delight with stunning views, large plots with the same quality and attention to detail.

Ellerbeck Farm & Fishery offers touring caravan spaces surrounded by woodland and two fabulous coarse fishing lakes where you can obtain a permit to fish.

It takes away any stress of holidays as it's so nice to think we can just go to the lodge whenever we want. The people around here are lovely too. In fact even the cat prefers being here than at home - with those lovely floor to ceiling windows, there's so much for him to watch!

I'm ideally placed for the sun, which I can get from 10am-10pm in the summer, and because, there's no one behind me, I've made myself a little garden. Brigham's a really friendly site. Everyone gets on and we'll often have a drink on each other's decking in the summer.

A big advantage is having a bus service right outside the park to take you to the bigger towns of Keswick and Penrith. You can also walk to the pretty market town of Cockermouth in just 30 minutes from Brigham.

We had been on the sister park at Brigham for just short of two years and were initially attracted to Grasmoor by the views and being closer to the coast. You're a little closer to Whitehaven and Workington as well as other towns.

The garden is a great little sun trap. You get the birds, and in the springtime, I can sit outside in the morning and see the lambs running down the hill. It's a lovely way to wake up! I worked in a factory for 40 years, so I just want to be out in the sunshine and fresh air.

Our grandchildren love to visit us at Brigham. Holiday park holidays were always very special with great memories, so to actually own our own caravan now and do the same things with our grandchildren is fantastic. We only wish we had done it sooner!
