Holiday Homes are not classified as buildings, so unfortunately you cannot yet take out a mortgage on them, although that situation may change in the future as housing policy looks to free up housing stock for young families. For now however, we can put you in touch with numerous specialist financial advisors who can help you realise your dream of ownership.
Our holiday homes are designed to give you a fantastic, easy to maintain property, with enough space and features to satisfy the most discerning purchaser. Our park has a full 12-month Licence, so you can visit anytime of the year.
